DEOK-U CO., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "Company") operates following policy in personal information protection so that we can protect user's personal information and right and settle user's complaint effectively according to Personal Information Protection Act. We understand that Client's information is a valuable personal asset as well as critical data for us in operation of Company. Thus, we commit to do our best effort in protecting client's personal information through entire process of our operation. Any revision of personal information policy will be noticed through our web site timely.

Chapter 1. Agreement procedure of personal information collection
You have options for the personal information protection policy or user's provision by clicking either (Agree) button or (Refusal) button, and clicking (Agree) button will be considered as your agreement in collecting of personal information.

Chapter 2. Collection and utilization purpose of personal information
Company will utilize collected personal information for following purposes. Such information will not be used other than following purposes and when any of such purpose is to be changed, we will request your prior consent.

a. Name, ID, password: To verifying intention of subscription, to prevent false use of service, to find access frequency and to identify subscriber in using of subscribed service
b. Email address (to check the reception), FAX and mobile phone number (to check the reception): To secure smooth communication channel such as notice delivery, confirming subscriber's opinion and settling customer complaint, to provide information related to event and advertising information and to provide participation opportunity, to understand access frequency or statistics relating service use by subscriber.
c. Address, telephone number: To verify correct address to deliver gifts and products

Chapter 3. Transmitting advertising information
a. Company does not send commercial advertising information against your express refusal intention.
b. Company may inform you the change of provisions, any change of other service, new service/new product or event information or other product information via email, mobile phone message or other transmission media, conforming to the legal requirements.
c. When Company transmits advertising information such as guide of goods information for on-line marketing, the wordings of title and text of email will be arranged for your easy recognition.

Chapter 4. Collection range of personal information
Company can access most of contents easily without special subscription procedure. To use subscribed service, following information shall be input.
a. Collection items of personal information: Name, email, ID, password, address, mobile phone number (telephone), trade name, business license number, telephone (company), title, job, FAX, address (company), business type, business item, accepting email reception, accepting SMS reception, record of service use, access log, receipt client information (name, telephone number, address, email)
b. Collection method of personal information: Subscribing within home page and notice board, etc.

Chapter 5. Period of retention and utilization of personal information
Company will destroy such information immediately when the purpose of personal information collection and utilization has been achieved.
Notwithstanding the aforementioned, following information will be retained as below:

 - Retained information: Name, login ID, password, email address, mobile phone number
 - Reason: To prevent false use by delinquent subscriber
 - Retention period: 1 month

And, where retention is required by law, Company shall retain subscriber information for the period stipulated by such law as below.
Record of consumer complaint or dispute settlement: 3 years (The law in respect to consumer protection in e-commerce)

Chapter 6. Destruction procedure and method of personal information
Normally, Company destroys personal information immediately when the purpose of personal information collection and utilization has been achieved, and such destruction procedure, period and method are as follows:

 - Destruction procedure
When the purpose of personal information is achieved, the information input by subscriber for subscription is stored in DB (information in paper is in document cabinet) for certain period (referring to "Period of retention and utilization") and then destroyed according to internal policy and other related laws of protection of personal information. The personal information stored in such DB shall not be used for other purpose other than legal enforcement.

 - Destruction period
User's personal information will be destructed within 5 days from the expiry of retention period of personal information or within 5 days from when the unnecessity of personal information treatment is acknowledged by achievement of the purpose of personal information, cease of service, business termination.

 - Destruction method
Electronic file format information is destructed by technical method which prevents restoration of record.

Chapter 7. Measure to secure safety of personal information
Company takes action to secure safety as follows according to the Article 29 of Personal Information Protection Law:

a. Minimizing employees who handle personal information and training
We assign minimum employees who handle personal information and handling such personal information is limited to only assigned personnel.

b. Encryption of personal information
User's personal information and password are encrypted and then stored and controlled, therefore only user itself knows, and important data is protected by special security functions which encrypts data before filing or data transmission or file locking function.

Chapter 8. Assigned control manager for protecting personal information
Company is doing its every effort so that client can use information safely. Our personal information protection manager is as follow, who will responses your inquiry concerning to personal information quickly.

Chapter 9. Communication and complaint settlement
Company is pleased to listen to valuable client's opinion, and subscriber deserves to get right answer against question always. For good communication with subscriber, Company operates customer center.

Real time consultation and telephone-consultation are available during our business hour only. Consultation via email or mail will be replied within 24 hours after receipt. However, in case after business hour, weekend or holiday, such consultation will be available next day.

In the event of illegal use of personal information, Company will take measures as follows:
1. If a user used other personal information illegally in subscribing, service use by this false user's ID will be stopped immediately or disqualifying such false user.
2. When a person, who discovered that its personal information was used illegally, requests service stop stoppage against the ID falsely acquired or disqualification of subscription, Company take immediately action.
In case consultation is required about personal information, you may contact to the Personal Information Infringement Report Center, Internet Crime Center in Supreme Prosecutors’ Office or Cyber Terror Response Center in National Police Agency.

Chapter 10. Obligation of notice
This personal information policy is effective from its commencement date, and any addition, deletion or correction by law and policy will be noticed 7 days before its effective date.
